The Barista's Story

Barista's Daily Grind was born out of a desire to have fine coffees available conveniently and to have them in the evening as well as in the morning. We wanted to create an experience unlike any other. I recognized that in the Midwest, we would need to create an image that would not be over looked as traffic passed by but rather would capture the attention of our audience. My belief is that you could be the best but if you can’t get the customer to your window to experience your coffees, it doesn’t matter what goes on inside of the shop. Curiosity draws the customer and they find delight in the atmosphere of beautiful gardens and enjoyable music. The customer is ultimately satisfied by the coffees served and prepared to perfection.

We are professional artisan Baristas. Our foundation is our relationships; first with one another and then with our customers. It is our hope that the community would embrace us as their neighborhood coffee shop, bring their friends and family and trust us to be our best.

Today brings a new chapter in the story of Barista's Daily Grind. Our vision holds strong as we carry on with a renewed spirit and a will to not be forgotten as we strive to be our best and continue to do what we collectively believe to be “a great thing”.
